Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TalentOla is seeking a Technical Project Manager to manage multiple large-scale, cross-functional technology programs simultaneously. The role focuses on Agile transformation, healthcare technology and data initiatives, delivery leadership, budget and resource management, and executive stakeholder reporting.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, Delivery Leadership, or related roles
- Proven experience leading enterprise Agile transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale, cross-functional technology programs simultaneously
- Strong experience working with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe
- Deep experience using Azure DevOps for Agile planning, backlog management, release planning, and delivery tracking
- Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, release management, and modern engineering practices
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification
- Experience with Azure Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, and enterprise data modernization programs
- Experience supporting healthcare interoperability and regulatory initiatives
- Knowledge of: FHIR CMS Reporting Requirements HEDIS Healthcare Data Exchange Standards
- Experience leading healthcare technology or healthcare data initiatives
- Experience working with Databricks, Snowflake, data lakes, cloud data platforms, and large-scale analytics programs
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, data integration, and data management principles
- Experience managing budgets, financial tracking, resource planning, and executive reporting
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational changes and improve delivery performance
