[Remote] Technical Recruiter (RPO)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Randstad Mid-Market RPO is seeking a Talent Advisor to support a client modernizing digital public services and government technology. The role co-leads talent acquisition strategy and full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, and Design, while managing client governance, performance metrics, QBRs, and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Client Advisory: Partner directly with client VPs and C-suite leaders to align hiring pipelines with long-term organizational growth goals
• Shared Portfolio Leadership: Co-lead recruitment strategy with a peer Talent Advisor to deliver 80–90 annual hires across technical and product functions
• Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting: Direct source, screen, engage, and negotiate offers across three primary focus areas:
• Engineering & Tech: Cloud/DevSecOps (AWS/Azure), backend, data pipelines, capture engineering, and legacy systems modernization (e.g., COBOL)
• Product Management: Product Leaders and PMs building complex public benefit systems (e.g., healthcare enrollment, unemployment insurance)
• Design & Research: UX Designers, User Researchers, Content Strategists, and Section 508/WCAG Accessibility Specialists
• Account Governance & Operations: Track and report key TA metrics (time-to-fill, hiring velocity, cost-per-hire), co-lead client QBRs, and oversee invoicing and resolution processes
• Randstad Team Collaboration: Work closely with delivery leads, sourcers, and cross-functional RPO teams to share market intelligence and balance recruiting capacity

Skills

• Proven track record as an embedded or RPO talent lead partnering directly with VP and C-suite stakeholders
• Direct sourcing expertise across modern engineering, product management, and UX design/research, with a history of hitting high-capacity hiring goals (80+ hires/year)
• Experience running client QBRs, managing TA metrics dashboards, and handling client invoicing processes
• Prior recruitment experience in civic tech, digital public services, government contracting, or mission-driven technology
• Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
