[Remote] Trainer & Instructional Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Trainer and Instructional Designer to analyze learning needs, design and develop training materials, and deliver engaging learning experiences. The role supports capability building and strategic objectives through instructional design, adult learning methodologies, facilitation, and training project management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze learning needs to inform training design and development
• Design and develop comprehensive training materials and learning experiences
• Deliver engaging training sessions to various audiences
• Create clear, visually appealing, and instructionally sound materials
• Manage training projects, including communication and stakeholder management

Skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Experience:

5 years of related experience designing and delivering training in corporate, technical, or government environments

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with instructional design software such as Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, or Vyond

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills are required
• A reputed company's degree in a learning-related field
• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration or learning data analytics
• Exposure to Agile development or human-centered design principles
• Industry-specific training experience in areas like IT, cybersecurity, healthcare, or operations
