The Trainer & Sales Representative manages a local territory, builds business relationships, leads employee enrollment conversations, and mentors newer representatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with local business leaders and their teams
• Educate employees on supplemental insurance options with clarity and confidence
• Lead enrollment conversations and provide ongoing client support
• Mentor and coach newer representatives, offering field guidance and encouragement
• Maintain organized client records and manage territory activity effectively
• Participate in weekly strategy, training, and leadership development sessions
• Foster long-term partnerships built on trust, consistency, and results

Skills

• Have experience as a teacher, coach, trainer, educator, or academic leader
• Are confident leading conversations and guiding others toward decisions
• Enjoy mentoring peers and helping teams grow
• Value independence, ownership, and measurable impact
• Are organized, decisive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
