The role helps customers navigate tax filing by answering product questions, resolving issues, and supporting a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and availability
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary
• Maintain accurate customer records in the support system
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs
• Meet performance goals for response time, satisfaction, and quality
• Stay informed about TaxSlayer products and services
• Follow company policies, including privacy and data protection
• Maintain a quiet, professional home workspace

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer support or related experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable using customer support software and systems

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
