Remote Trial Lawyer
Job Title: Trial Attorney - Personal Injury. Locations: California (CA), Maryland (MD), Alabama (AL), Kentucky (KY), South Carolina (SC) Type: Remote Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Trial Counsel to manage a Tier 3 litigation caseload for a growing plaintiff-side Personal Injury law firm. The role involves evaluating cases, developing legal strategies, determining settlement or litigation options, and managing cases through discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation/ trials advocy.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage cases and develop litigation strategies. Handle discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, and mediation. Communicate with clients and ensure deadlines are met. Maintain accurate case records in Litify and meet performance goals.
Qualifications
Active Bar license in the required state. Experience in civil litigation, discovery, and depositions. Strong legal writing, communication, and case management skills. Trial experience is a mandatory requirement
