[Remote] UX Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. V-Soft Consulting is recruiting a UX Designer for an unnamed premier client. The role designs inclusive end-user experiences, simplifies complex tasks, and collaborates with partners to balance business, user, and technology needs.

Responsibilities

• Use your demonstrated track record working cross-functionally with shipping successful experiences in a fast-paced environment to make a difference. Use your experience facilitating Design Thinking in your cross-functional teams to drive real results that map to key, strategic objectives

• Design and deliver end user experiences through exceptional craft design and execution on end-to-end journeys. Use your strong design aesthetic to bring together brand expressions and systems thinking. Practice universal design and believe in inclusion
• Inspire and motivate others in the spirit of contributing to our greater mission and team culture
• Design with a strategic mindset, taking the complex and making it simple, clear, and trusted

• Senior Experience Designer will craft quality, straightforward experiences that are inclusive and connect our users, streamlining complex tasks to provide value and delight. While working with partners to determine a shared plan forward that balances business, user, and technology considerations
