Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. mthree recruits graduates for a client’s global UX team. The role supports complex, data-driven internal products and enterprise workflows by researching user needs and business processes, mapping user journeys, and designing intuitive solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to identify needs and pain points
- Map user journeys, workflows, and flows
- Translate requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Create wireframes, concepts, and prototypes
- Test and refine solutions through user feedback
- Collaborate with business, technology, and product teams
- Simplify complex workflows and data-heavy environments
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related major
- A GPA of 2.7 or higher
- The right to work without needing visa sponsorship
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Experience in UX Design, UX Research, Product Design, or Interaction Design
- Strong understanding of user-centered design
- Experience with research, journey mapping, prototyping, and usability testing
- Comfortable working with complex products, large data sets, and broad ecosystems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with complex enterprise applications
- Experience with data-intensive or internal applications
- Familiarity with React, Angular, or functional prototyping
- Exposure to AI-enabled products or UX workflows
- Coding experience is a plus
- Strong UX fundamentals, research skills, curiosity, and a solid portfolio
