[Remote] Vice-President for Growth, North America

Allianz Benelux is hiring a Vice-President for Growth, North America to drive sustainable business expansion and market penetration for its products and services across the North American market. The role leads growth strategy, sales targets, marketing and go-to-market planning, partnerships, performance analysis, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• The Vice-President for Growth, North America is a full-time remote role responsible for driving sustainable business expansion and market penetration for Allianz Benelux products and services across the North American market
• This role oversees the development and execution of growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, optimizing existing distribution channels, and establishing strong partnerships with key stakeholders
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, setting and monitoring sales and growth targets, developing marketing and go-to-market plans, and ensuring alignment with global and regional strategies
• The Vice-President will analyze market trends and competitive landscapes, prepare performance reports, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• This role also involves coaching and mentoring team members, promoting a culture of accountability and innovation, and representing Allianz Benelux in external meetings, industry events, and executive-level negotiations

Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Business Development, including experience growing complex, multi-country or regional portfolios
• Strong Strategic Planning and Marketing skills, with a track record of designing and executing data-driven growth strategies
• Proven Team Leadership capabilities, including leading diverse, remote, and cross-functional teams toward measurable performance goals
• Extensive experience in the insurance, financial services, or related sectors
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
• Comfort working in a remote, international environment, with strong collaboration skills across cultures and time zones
• Fluency in English
• Preferably in North American markets
• Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• Additional European languages (e.g., Dutch, French, German)
