[Remote] Vice President of Operations

The Vice President of Operations oversees daily operations across consulting and debt syndication services, improving service delivery and processes while supporting business growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operational activities across consulting and debt syndication services
• This role leads operational planning, ensures efficient service delivery, and optimizes processes to support business growth and client satisfaction
• Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, aligning operations with strategic objectives, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining strong internal controls
• The Vice President of Operations also collaborates with senior leadership on resource allocation, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring that client engagements are handled with accuracy, timeliness, and high service standards

• Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, workflow design, and performance monitoring
• Candidates should possess P&L Management skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including client relationship management and service quality assurance
• Candidates should possess Strategic Planning skills, including setting operational priorities and aligning initiatives with business goals
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and delivery of complex operational and client projects
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities, with proficiency in common productivity and collaboration tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field
• Relevant experience in financial services, consulting, or fintech operations is beneficial
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing distributed or remote teams is preferred
• An advanced degree or professional certification is an advantage
