[Remote] Vice President of Project Operations

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. We Wrap is hiring a Vice President of Project Operations to lead end-to-end delivery of its wrapping projects. The role oversees operational frameworks, planning, performance, resources, process improvement, customer satisfaction, project operations financial accountability, and cross-functional coordination for growth.

Responsibilities

• The Vice President of Project Operations will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring wrapping projects are executed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• This full-time remote role involves leading and optimizing operations, setting project execution frameworks, and managing resource allocation across multiple projects
• The position includes overseeing project planning, tracking performance metrics, driving process improvements, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• The Vice President will collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, support P&L accountability for project operations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support growth and scalability

Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management and Project Management to oversee multiple concurrent projects and optimize processes
• Proficiency in P&L Management and Strategic Planning to drive financial performance, budgeting, and long-term operational strategy
• Strong Customer Service skills to maintain high client satisfaction, manage expectations, and handle escalations professionally
• Experience leading distributed or remote teams, with strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to analyze data, use project management tools, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Proven track record in construction, interiors, home improvement, or related project-based industries is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, or a related field
• An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) are an advantage
