[Remote] Vice President Operations

The role develops and implements operational strategies, leads cross-functional initiatives, monitors performance, optimizes resources and financial results, and aligns execution with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• The Vice President Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing operational performance across RBI Group’s diverse business units
• This position leads the development and implementation of operational strategies, policies, and processes to support growth, efficiency, and quality standards in construction, hospitality, agriculture, land development, and sports and leisure
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing cross-functional initiatives, monitoring key performance indicators, optimizing resource allocation, and providing guidance to operational leaders and teams
• The role also involves overseeing project execution, supporting budget and P&L optimization, enhancing customer and stakeholder experiences, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
• The Vice President Operations collaborates closely with executive leadership to align operations with the organization’s broader strategic objectives and long-term vision

Skills

• Demonstrated experience in Operations Management, overseeing multi-site or multi-business-unit organizations
• Strong P&L Management capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance optimization
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning, with a track record of developing and executing long-term operational strategies
• Advanced Project Management skills, including leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion
• Commitment to high-quality Customer Service, with experience enhancing client, guest, or stakeholder satisfaction
• Proven leadership experience managing senior managers and diverse teams in a remote or distributed environment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data to drive operational improvements
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with strength in executive reporting and stakeholder engagement
