Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Meritore Technologies is hiring an AI Agent Product Owner / Prototyping Lead to design, develop, and implement AI agents for validating marketing and content assets. The role owns the product roadmap and prototypes while partnering with business, content, and technology stakeholders to improve content quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI agents supporting content validation use cases
- Analyze existing content review and approval processes to identify automation opportunities
- Design and prototype AI agents that perform:
- Content quality validation
- Brand compliance checks
- Regulatory and legal review assistance
- Metadata validation
- Accessibility validation
- Content consistency and accuracy reviews
- Define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Conduct rapid proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate AI agent effectiveness
- Collaborate with content operations, marketing, legal, compliance, and technology teams
- Establish performance metrics and success criteria for agent-driven validation workflows
- Monitor agent performance and continuously improve outcomes
- Drive stakeholder alignment and change adoption
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Content Operations, Marketing Technology, or AI solutions
- 3+ years of experience leading AI, GenAI, automation, or intelligent workflow initiatives
- Strong understanding of content governance, compliance, and approval workflows
- Experience translating business needs into AI-enabled solutions
- Demonstrated ability to independently build prototypes and MVPs
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with LLMs, AI Agents, RAG architectures, or enterprise AI platforms
- Background in Marketing Technology (MarTech), Content Management Systems, or Digital Asset Management platforms
- Experience using tools such as Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, LangChain, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with healthcare, regulated industries, or enterprise content governance
