Position Overview
As a Remote Video Data Entry Specialist – LATAM, you will capture everyday household activities from a first‑person perspective using your smartphone. Your recordings will be used to train AI models, improve user experiences, and create engaging content for a global audience. Key Responsibilities
- Record a variety of household tasks (e.g., cooking, cleaning, organizing) from a first‑person point of view using your smartphone and a head‑mounted camera.
- Ensure that each video meets the specified duration, clarity, and content guidelines set by Brighthush.
- Perform a device compatibility check and complete an AI‑enabled onboarding interview to confirm your technical readiness.
- Upload completed videos to the Brighthush platform within the designated time frame.
- Maintain accurate logs of hours worked and tasks completed for payroll and performance tracking.
- Participate in periodic quality assurance reviews and provide feedback on workflow improvements.
- Adhere to all privacy, security, and data protection policies established by Brighthush.
Essential Qualifications
- Reside in one of the following countries: Argentina, Bahamas, Barbados, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Mexico, Panama, or Uruguay.
- Own a compatible smartphone: iPhone 12 or newer, Google Pixel 6–9, or Samsung Galaxy S21 or newer.
- Have a reliable internet connection capable of uploading high‑definition video files.
- Be comfortable wearing a head‑mounted camera (head strap) and operating it while performing tasks.
- Demonstrate physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive movements safely.

Signing Bonus & Equipment Reimbursement: Upon successful onboarding, you will receive a $20 signing bonus. After completing 20 hours of work, Brighthush will reimburse the cost of the head‑strap equipment you purchased.
