[Remote] VIP Travel Consultant - Amadeus

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BCD Travel is a global business travel company that combines travel technology with human expertise to help organizations and travelers navigate business travel. The VIP Travel Agent will provide high-touch service to executive-level travelers, manage reservations and travel requests across multiple channels, and offer consultation on travel policies, regulations, and related products.

Responsibilities

• Expertly use the appropriate the BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
• Have a strong understanding of a client travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the customer
• Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules
• Maintain, actively communicate, and seek expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported

Skills

• Experience in VIP travel
• Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
• Strong skills in GDS Amadeus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
