- Connect with clients through phone calls, emails, text messages, and online communication
- Explain available benefit options and help clients understand their coverage
- Assist with benefit inquiries, policy updates, and client service requests
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Build positive client relationships through professional, responsive communication
- Participate in virtual team meetings, training sessions, and performance coaching
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
