The role leads growth initiatives, evaluates market and business opportunities, and aligns cross-functional teams to achieve corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand market share, increase revenue, and strengthen competitive positioning
• Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and business development initiatives to support long-term growth
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to guide strategic decision-making
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer acquisition, retention, revenue generation, and business performance
• Establish growth targets, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks to measure business outcomes
• Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, marketing, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with corporate objectives
• Evaluate new business opportunities, strategic investments, and expansion plans to maximize growth potential
• Monitor growth performance and present strategic recommendations, progress reports, and market insights to executive leadership

Skills

• 15–20 years of professional experience in business growth, business development, corporate strategy, or related fields
• 10–15 years of team management or senior leadership experience
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and developing strategic partnerships
• Strong expertise in market analysis, growth strategy, commercial planning, and business performance management
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute scalable growth initiatives
• Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, analytical, and executive communication skills
