[Remote] Work From Home Sales Rep | No Experience Needed

The Elmer Agency is hiring a remote, commission-based sales representative to help families explore financial services and insurance options. The role involves following up with prospective clients, discussing their needs, comparing options, and participating in team training and product education.

Responsibilities

• Following up with people who recently submitted inquiries
• Having needs-based conversations by phone or Zoom
• Helping families compare options and find what fits
• Joining team calls for training and ongoing product education

Skills

• No previous experience required
• The skills transfer from a lot of backgrounds — sales, customer service, account management, business development, real estate, mortgage, banking, call center, hospitality, or B2B/B2C
• Are open to learning a new career and communicate clearly
• Are self-motivated and want to build something of your own
• You'll need legal authorization to work in the U.S
• A state insurance license is helpful but not required to apply
