Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RGP is seeking a Zuora Subject Matter Expert Consultant to advise a client on assessing, optimizing, and enhancing its subscription billing and revenue ecosystem. The consultant will evaluate systems, processes, and integrations and provide strategic recommendations and future-state architecture guidance.
Responsibilities
- Assess and provide recommendations on existing Zuora architecture and business processes
- Evaluate billing, revenue recognition, and quote-to-cash workflows
- Review and optimize integrations between:
- Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for automation and scalability
- Provide strategic guidance and challenge existing assumptions around systems configuration and business workflows
- Partner with Finance, Revenue Accounting, IT, Business Systems, and Operations teams
- Support roadmap development and future-state architecture recommendations
Skills
- 8+ years of experience working with Zuora platforms
- Zuora Billing
- Zuora Revenue (RevPro)
- Subscription-based business models
- ASC 606 / Revenue Recognition
- Strong understanding of Salesforce-to-Billing and Order-to-Cash process flows
- Experience with NetSuite and complex ERP integrations
- Multiple Zuora implementation, optimization, or transformation projects across different organizations
- Ability to engage with executive stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations
- SaaS industry background
- Experience supporting highly customized Zuora environments
- Solution architecture or enterprise systems transformation experience
- Prior consulting experience strongly preferred
- RevPro-to-NetSuite integration experience
