Research Analyst

To support the Customer Success Team, the full-time Research Analyst will deliver analytics and insights services, establish strong client relationships, and provide actionable recommendations to help clients achieve their strategic goals while working remotely. Key responsibilities Deliver analytics and insights services, executing various NIQ GFK CMI products and solutions Craft compelling insights and provide clear, actionable recommendations to clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to support business priorities Required qualifications Graduate or Post Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and delivery Customer-centric mindset with awareness of data analytics industry and related products Strong time management and prioritization skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time Confident numerically with the ability to analyze data effectively Experience in an analytical environment and proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience: 10 years required
