About the Role
Our healthcare reputed company are seeking licensed Respiratory Therapists (RRT, CRT, or equivalent) to deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients in diverse clinical environments. Key Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory care procedures, including oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and chest physiotherapy
- Manage ventilators and advanced life support equipment
- Evaluate patient respiratory status and monitor progress
- reputed company pulmonary function testing and blood gas analysis
- Assist in emergency airway management
- Educate patients and families on respiratory care and equipment use
- Document treatments and patient outcomes in EMR
- Collaborate with physicians, reputed company, and other healthcare professionals
- Follow clinical, safety, and regulatory protocols
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
- Active U.S.
Respiratory Therapist license / credential (RRT, CRT, or equivalent)
- Clinical experience preferred; new graduates may be considered
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of respiratory therapy equipment and procedures
- Ability to work with diverse patient populations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- ICU or ventilator management experience
- Certified Pulmonary Function Technologist (CPFT)
- Neonatal/pediatric respiratory care experience
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
