What you'll do Create 3D models during the Schematic Design (SD) phase. Produce complete SD sets of plans, including floor plans, sections, and elevations. Develop full Design Development (DD) sets of plans, including floor plans, sections, and elevations. Prepare permit sets to present to local authorities. Produce complete construction document (CD) sets for general contractors. Pick up and implement redlines efficiently during the SD and CD phases. Proactively communicate progress, needs, and requirements to the client, rather than waiting to be contacted. What you must have A bachelor's degree in architecture. 3+ years of experience as an architect or Revit Modeler. Strong proficiency in Revit. An advanced English level. Proven experience managing all stages of set development, from starting a project from scratch to overseeing renovations. Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
