RN, Bilingual Spanish, Part Time

Job Description:

• Provide customer coaching and support via video and telephone, focusing on stress, anxiety, depression, and other challenges
• Perform stress, anxiety, and depression screenings
• Identify customer health education needs through targeted health assessment activities
• Refer customers to other Cigna Evernorth clinical programs or client-specific programs as clinically appropriate
• Establish health improvement plans and personalized evidence-based goals with customers
• Support customers in achieving their health goals and becoming active participants in their health outcomes
• Assist customers in overcoming barriers to better health
• Lead and support health and wellness promotional activities, including group coaching, wellness challenges, and health-related seminars
• Use biometric values and motivational interviewing techniques to improve clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with matrix partners on health and wellness strategies for aligned clients
• Own clinical targets and outcome measurements
• Develop action plans that drive clinical value for customers and clients
• Perform additional responsibilities within the scope of certification or licensure
• Support training or mentorship of new employees as needed

Requirements:

• Strong clinical skills with at least 1 or more years of experience in health coaching, health education and health promotion
• RN required with active, unrestricted license in respective state, and ability to maintain
• Compact license or additional state licenses may be required, with ability to maintain
• Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED Certification
• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
• At least 3 or more years of RN experience in a hospital or provider’s office setting
• Highspeed internet and quiet office space in committed location
• High energy level, with dynamic presentation skills is required

• Proven administrative abilities, with strong computer and software application skills

• Bilingual Spanish with ability to pass oral and written language testing
