We are looking for professionals who: Flat-rate commission structure Strong commission earnings potential of $120,000 to $280,000+ annually Full-time opportunity with training, support, and career growth Medical benefits and 401(k)  Have excellent communication and people skills  Are highly motivated and enthusiastic  Bring a positive, solutions-focused attitude to every interaction  Are goal-oriented and driven to succeed  Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills  Take ownership of their results and consistently strive for improvement  Can learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment  Enjoy helping buyers through one of life’s most exciting purchases—buying a new home  Must be able to work in a collaborative manner with other team members Key Responsibilities  Guide prospective buyers through the entire homebuying journey, from initial inquiry to contract  Maintain consistent and proactive lead follow-up and CRM management  Present homes, communities, and value propositions with confidence and professionalism  Partner with internal teams (construction, marketing, and leadership) to deliver a seamless experience  Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals  Maintain a strong understanding of market conditions, competition, and product positioning Details & Benefits:  Arizona real estate license is required  Full training and mentorship provided  Competitive compensation: Hourly wage plus commission  Medical benefits and 401(k) provided  Opportunity for career growth within Capstone & ECCO Homes Pay: $72,050.70 - $79,467.34 per year
