Role Description This is a remote contract role for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and promoting Artsace’s talent management services. The representative will conduct outreach campaigns, follow up on leads, and present customized solutions that align with client needs. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales pipelines, participating in online meetings, collaborating with internal teams on marketing initiatives, and providing regular performance updates and insights. The role also includes supporting brand awareness efforts through digital channels, contributing to promotional materials, and ensuring a positive experience for partners and clients.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and talent. Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to drive revenue growth and promote services effectively. Candidates should possess Training skills to support clients and talent in understanding services, processes, and best practices. Candidates should have familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM or lead management systems. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet targets. Relevant experience in entertainment, creative industries, or talent management is beneficial. A background in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
