Billions of people make emotional decisions every day. The emotions aren't the problem. The problem is that most people don't understand them. Without emotional intelligence and emotional literacy, it's hard to navigate tough situations, so people make decisions that don't serve them, their families, or their communities. The Dignity Inc. app helps people understand what's going on inside, the invisible that drives the visible. That leads to better decisions, better habits, better lives, better communities, and better people. Two minutes a day, users get short lessons, daily check-ins, quick practice rounds, and a private AI coach in their pocket. We come from the team behind Dignity in Policing and Dignity in Leadership, programs for people whose decisions carry real weight. Leaders get anonymized, team-level insight while every individual check-in stays private. Learn more at app.dignity-inc.com. What we're aiming for For municipalities (B2B): We partner with cities to link employee wellness to recruitment and retention, helping them attract and keep strong police, fire, EMS, and city staff. For individuals (B2C): A consumer app that helps anyone regulate their emotions wherever they are in the world, whenever they need it, whatever job they work. The role: phone in hand, mission in heart Cops, firefighters, EMTs, and city managers spend all day taking care of everyone else. Somebody should take care of them. That's where you come in: you'll get the Dignity Inc. app in front of the departments and cities that need it most. Fair warning: this job lives on the phone. If dialing, connecting, and landing that meeting gives you a little rush, keep reading. What you'll do Dial like you mean it. Cold call police chiefs, fire chiefs, EMS directors, HR leads, and city managers all day long. Land the meeting. Turn "who's this?" into a booked Zoom demo with a decision-maker. Follow up everywhere. Email, LinkedIn, phone again. Persistence is your love language. Do your homework. Scope out departments and cities so every call sounds like you already know them. Qualify like a pro. Find out what they need, when budgets open up, and who actually signs. Keep score. Log calls, notes, and next steps in the CRM so nothing slips. Play the long game. City deals take time, and you keep them warm. Bring back intel. Tell us what you're hearing so we keep getting sharper. Show up in person. Hit a public-safety or municipal conference when it makes sense. You might be our person if… Priority: you're an actor, thespian, or creative public speaker. If you've worked a stage, a set, or a crowd, you already know how to hook someone in the first ten seconds. We love that. You know municipalities from the inside. You've worked in or with city government, and you have a heart for the city workers who keep our communities healthy, clean, and prosperous. Added benefit: you already consult with municipalities. If you advise cities or local governments anywhere in the U.S., you already have the relationships and the trust. Dignity Inc. app fits right alongside the work you're doing. You've sold something. Sales experience is a big plus, and an HR background is a bonus. You understand what it takes to recruit and keep good people. You're endlessly curious. You ask great questions and genuinely want to understand each department's world. You persevere. City deals take time, and you're built to stick with them. Your voice is your instrument: clear diction, great pronunciation, and a delivery people want to keep listening to. You actually care about wellness, especially for the folks who run toward emergencies. "No" is just a warm-up to "yes" in your book. You can talk to a fire chief and a city manager with the same easy confidence. You're a self-starter who doesn't need a boss hovering to get the dials in. The good stuff This is a 100% commission role with no ceiling. The more you close, the more you make. No cap, no limits: your hustle writes your paycheck. Your schedule, your rules: work from your kitchen, your porch, or a coffee shop. Feel-good wins: every deal helps the people who keep us safe. Get in early: grow right alongside us.
