Remote Position

SALES & CLIENT OUTREACH SPECIALIST

🌍 Remote · United States 💼 Full-time

Phoenix Equity Group | Remote | Independent Contractor | Commission Only Phoenix Equity Group is looking for an experienced, motivated sales professional who can build trust, manage a pipeline, and turn prospective clients into signed agreements. ABOUT PHOENIX EQUITY GROUP Phoenix Equity Group specializes in foreclosure surplus recovery. We identify former property owners and heirs who may be entitled to excess funds remaining after a foreclosure sale and help them navigate the recovery process. Our work starts with research and succeeds through clear communication, credible relationships, and consistent follow-through. THE ROLE You will manage prospective clients from initial outreach through signed agreement and internal case handoff. This opportunity suits someone who is confident on the phone, persistent with follow-up, highly organized, and comfortable working toward measurable sales targets. You’ll explain our services, answer questions, address objections, and help prospective clients make informed decisions. This is a hands-on sales and client acquisition role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct approved outbound outreach to former property owners, heirs, and other prospective claimants identified through our research and CRM. Explain Phoenix’s services, process, and approved fees clearly and professionally. Build rapport and credibility while treating sensitive financial situations with respect. Manage intake, questions, objections, follow-ups, and approved electronic agreements. Follow up through permitted phone, SMS, and email channels, honoring consent requirements and opt-outs. Maintain complete, accurate GoHighLevel CRM records, including communications, case status, anticipated fees, and next steps. Coordinate with our research team when additional contact information or case details are needed. Hand off accepted cases to the appropriate Phoenix personnel. Track results against a monthly target of $80,000 in anticipated Phoenix recovery fees from qualifying, company-accepted client agreements. Protect confidential information and refer legal questions, disputed ownership, and other sensitive issues to authorized personnel. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Minimum four years of sales experience, preferably in outbound phone sales, inside sales, real estate, financial services, insurance, or another environment where trust is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong telephone presence and confidence communicating with people from different backgrounds. Demonstrated ability to handle objections and secure signed agreements. Persistent, respectful follow-up and strong relationship-building skills. Excellent organization and CRM discipline. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Personal accountability and a results-oriented mindset. Comfort tracking pipeline performance and conversion results. Experience in foreclosure surplus recovery is helpful. GoHighLevel experience and an interest in real estate are also advantages. WORK ARRANGEMENT This is a remote independent contractor opportunity. You control your working schedule, location, and methods, subject to agreed deliverables, lawful outreach windows, security requirements, and mutually arranged meetings. You will need a quiet, professional calling environment, reliable internet, and your own ordinary work equipment. Contractors are responsible for applicable taxes; employee benefits are not included. Phoenix provides assigned leads and researched case summaries, approved scripts and forms, compliance procedures, and coordination with its research and case teams. COMPENSATION This is a commission-only opportunity with no base salary, guaranteed monthly compensation, or draw. Commission is calculated as 15% of 60% of qualifying Phoenix recovery fees actually collected—equivalent to 9% of those collected fees. The 60% commission base reflects a fixed 40% attorney-fee allocation for commission calculation purposes. No additional operating expenses reduce that base. Example: If Phoenix collects $80,000 in qualifying recovery fees attributable to your accepted client agreements, your commission would be $7,200. This example illustrates the formula and does not guarantee earnings. Signed, accepted agreements establish contingent commission eligibility; commissions are earned when Phoenix receives the associated recovery fees in cleared funds. Recovery and payment timing can vary. Earned commissions are paid on a recurring 14-day cycle. After 60 days of service, Phoenix may review performance for a discretionary bonus or prospective commission-rate adjustment. THE PERSON WHO WILL THRIVE HERE You follow up without being reminded. You understand that an initial conversation may take several thoughtful touchpoints to become a trusted client relationship. You take ownership of your pipeline, keep excellent records, communicate with your team, and know your numbers. You combine the confidence to ask for the business with the judgment to avoid pressure, misleading claims, or promises about recovery outcomes. If you enjoy building trust, pursuing opportunities, and being rewarded for results, we’d like to hear from you. HOW TO APPLY Send your résumé and a brief introduction to [email protected]. Include your relevant sales experience, examples of measurable results, and why this opportunity interests you.
