Sales Representative - Windows & Doors

Sales Representative – Windows & Doors Builder Brands is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing Windows & Doors Division. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who wants to build a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential.This position includes a base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, and industry professionals. Conduct in-home and on-site consultations for window and door replacement projects. Prepare and present proposals and sales presentations. Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals. Maintain excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience required. Experience in windows, doors, construction, remodeling, roofing, HVAC, or home improvement sales preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Professional appearance and demeanor. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Comfortable using CRM software, email, and basic computer applications. Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships. .
