Salesforce BSA – Sales, Service & Manufacturing Cloud

Job Title: Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – Sales, Service & Manufacturing Cloud Location: 100% Remote Duration: Longterm Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document requirements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Manufacturing Cloud. Support manufacturing processes including Inventory, Product Transfer, Consignment, Cycle Counting/Auditing, and Stock Disposition. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective Salesforce solutions. Support integrations, data mapping, process modeling, and workflow improvements. Required Skills: 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce BSA or similar role. Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Manufacturing Cloud. Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes. Expertise in requirements gathering, user stories, and process modeling. Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, Flows, and custom objects. Salesforce certifications are a plus. Nice to Have: ERP/WMS integrations (SAP, NetSuite, etc.).
