Position: Senior/ Lead Salesforce Developer with Agent Force Location: Remote Type: Fulltime Clearance Requirement: U.S. Citizenship and Green card holder with the ability to obtain a clearance Must be a US Citizen OR GC Holder Only JOB DESCRIPTION Avilamb is seeking an experienced Senior/ Lead Salesforce Developer with Agent Force to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. We will initially develop selected business and technical capabilities on Salesforce CRM platform and evaluate its feasibility. This will include evaluating effectiveness of the public facing online applications built on Salesforce platform, support unique digital workflows for internal consular staff, and data integrations using API-led connectivity to legacy systems. Roles and Responsibilities: Looking for a Sr. Salesforce Developer who can do technical work on the SF platform. Lead development teams on the appropriate use of platform technology Design and build high-performance technical solutions on Salesforce platform Design sound and scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce.com platform that meet end-to-end integration requirements Present technical solutions to clients, including limitations and design tradeoffs, from inception through successful implementation 6 - 8 years of solid Salesforce (full life cycle) implementation experience 1-3 years of MULESOFT (nice to have) Agent Force Salesforce Flow, APEX, CRM Analytics, experience Salesforce Admin (certified) Copada tool (nice to have) Agile Development Environment Team player SALESFORCE DEVELOPERS WITH ACTIVE CERTIFICATIONS Certified Salesforce Platform Developer Certified Salesforce Administrator Salesforce certified - Developer/Architect QUALIFICATION To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years’ experience 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience designing sound and scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce.com platform that meet end-to-end integration requirements 3+ years of experience in an architect role on large scale Salesforce implementations Experience working in an Agile development environment with multiple modern languages (e.g. Java, .NET, Ruby) Demonstrate knowledge, skills and capabilities to design and build high-performance technical solutions on Salesforce platform Demonstrate an understanding of and ability to architect solutions to address security complexities, mechanisms, and data integration capabilities on the Salesforce.com platform Experience presenting and effectively communicating technical solutions to clients, including limitations and design tradeoffs, from inception through successful implementation Must have a current, Public Trust. Interim clearance may be acceptable. Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration: Experience with technology consulting or other relevant industry experience Hands-on, full life-cycle Salesforce implementation experience with strong expertise in modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Force.com Experience working within a Scaled Agile framework Salesforce Certified On the plus side for the candidates: Sponsorship of Secret clearance or Any has significant value in the industry (Fed jobs) Pay will be competitive + benefits and opportunity for additional training Opportunity to work on an advance program to modernize a federal agency (large enterprise program), which makes it a great opportunity to boost existing technical experience.
