Salesforce Developer with Salesforce Security, Remote, , US Salesforce Developer with Salesforce Security Required Skills:

• 7+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce security, data modeling, governor limits, and platform best practices.
• Familiarity with source control and CI/CD tools, such as Git and Salesforce DX.
• Experience with integrations, data migration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing production support for Salesforce applications, monitoring system health and responding to user‑reported issues.
• Triage production incidents by assessing impact and urgency, identifying likely causes, coordinating resolution, and communicating status to stakeholders.
• Partner with offshore support resources to investigate and resolve incidents, coordinate handoffs across time zones, and track issues through closure.
• Perform approved data fixes, including validating the requested change, assessing downstream impacts, executing the correction, and documenting the outcome.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by investigating defects, coordinating fixes, validating resolutions, and assisting business users with retesting.
• Monitor and support scheduled and recurring batch jobs; investigate failures, coordinate reruns where appropriate, and confirm successful completion.
• Maintain incident, data‑fix, and batch‑run documentation, escalating recurring issues and recommending preventive improvements.
