Must-Have Skills SAP PaPM (Profitability and Performance Management) – Hands-on development and solution architecture. SAP PaPM Cloud and On-Premise – Architecture, configuration, and deployment. Allocation Modeling – Cost allocation, revenue allocation, driver calculations, and multi-level allocation hierarchies. Profitability & Transfer Pricing – Profitability models, internal cost allocations, and transfer pricing calculations. SAP S/4HANA – Experience with actuals and planning tables, especially ACDOCA and ACDOCP. PaPM Functions – Allocation, Formula, Lookup, Aggregation, Assignment, and Iteration/Circular Allocation. Sender/Receiver Structures – Configuration and allocation logic. Technical Leadership – Solution design, code reviews, model governance, and guidance to developers. Finance Integration – Ability to translate financial and business requirements into technical solutions.
