SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant
Location: King of Prussia, PA (Remote but Travel might be required) # Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance professional to lead and support maintenance business processes across manufacturing operations. The role will be responsible for driving SAP PM solutions, improving asset reliability, enabling preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules to support operational excellence. # Key Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) processes. Manage maintenance operations including Preventive Maintenance Corrective Maintenance Breakdown Maintenance Predictive Maintenance Calibration Management Work Order Management Configure and support Functional Locations, Equipment Masters, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, Notifications, and Work Orders. Collaborate with Plant Operations, Engineering, Production, and Maintenance teams to optimize asset performance and maintenance efficiency. Drive equipment uptime, reliability, and maintenance process standardization across plants. Ensure integration between SAP PM and related modules including MM, PP, QM, EWM, and FI/CO. Support shutdowns, turnarounds, and capital project maintenance activities. Analyze maintenance KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in SAP S/4HANA transformation, rollout, and enhancement projects. Manage business requirements, testing, user training, and post-go-live support. Coordinate with implementation partners, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. # Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline. 15 years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). Strong understanding of maintenance and asset management processes in manufacturing environments. Hands-on experience in SAP PM configuration and support. Experience with preventive maintenance, work management, and equipment lifecycle management. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PM capabilities is preferred. Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. # Preferred Skills SAP PM Certification preferred. Working knowledge of SAP MM, QM, and PP integration. Experience in Manufacturing, Chemicals, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or Industrial sectors. Knowledge of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and maintenance best practices.
