Saviynt Engineer

Saviynt Engineer Location-Remote Duration- Long term Role Description The Saviynt Engineer role is a remote contract position focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining Identity and Access Management solutions using Saviynt. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring Saviynt modules, integrating Saviynt with enterprise applications and directories, and managing role-based access controls, workflows, and policies. The engineer will analyze business and security requirements, translate them into technical IAM designs, and collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure and efficient access management. The role also involves troubleshooting IAM issues, optimizing performance, documenting configurations and processes, and supporting testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements within client environments.

Qualifications

Strong Saviynt IAM experience, including configuration, customization, and integration with enterprise applications and directories. Knowledge of Identity and Access Management concepts such as RBAC, ABAC, provisioning, deprovisioning, access certification, and policy management. Technical skills in scripting or programming (e.g., PowerShell, Java, Python), APIs, and SQL for automation, integration, and data handling. Experience working with Microsoft security and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure AD, Microsoft 365 security) is highly beneficial. Ability to gather requirements, document solutions, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven experience in implementing or supporting IAM projects in complex, multi-system environments, preferably across multiple industries. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
