About the Role

This is a seasonal, remote position that offers flexibility and the chance to work on high-impact projects during peak periods, such as hurricane season. Key Responsibilities

• Enter and verify claim-related data with exceptional accuracy, ensuring every entry meets brighthush’s quality standards.
• Review and edit mobile app transcriptions, correcting errors and ensuring consistency across all records.
• Maintain clear, ongoing communication with team members and Content Claims Specialists to track progress and resolve any discrepancies.
• Adhere to workflow deadlines, managing your time effectively to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Document and upload pertinent claim-related information, keeping detailed notes in the relevant systems.
• Implement Quality Assurance (QA) feedback promptly, making necessary adjustments to improve data integrity.
• Submit comprehensive work/time logs on a daily basis, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Support additional tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new processes.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in data entry, retail, transcription, or customer service roles.
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
• Personal computer or laptop running Windows 10 or 11 (no Mac or Chromebook).
• USB wired headset and working webcam for clear communication.
• Strong technical proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and online research tools for accurate pricing.
• Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute with high accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, capable of multitasking, and adept at managing competing priorities.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and unsupervised.
• Adaptability to new technologies and a continuous learning mindset.
