Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality home care services to clients, adhering to brighthush standards and client preferences.
• Drive to various brighthush locations from home, ensuring punctuality and safe travel.
• Engage with clients during service sessions, offering exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns.
• Complete the industry‑recognized two‑week training program and demonstrate competency before beginning client assignments.
• Manage time effectively to meet scheduled appointments within allotted windows, ensuring no overlap or delays.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor while working independently or in pairs for larger jobs.
• Follow safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Document service accurately, including any client requests or special instructions.
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to stay current with best practices and new technologies.

Essential Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role or general labor position.

Compensation & Benefits
