Role Overview

As a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician at brighthush, you will become the backbone of our Intake Department. Your meticulous attention to detail, combined with solid pharmacy knowledge, will ensure that prescription orders are entered accurately and processed efficiently in our proprietary FrameworkLTC and FrameworkECM systems. You will also serve as the frontline point of contact for residents, families, and community partners, delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and enter prescription orders into FrameworkLTC/FrameworkECM with speed and precision.
• Perform profile‑only data entry, ensuring all resident and medication information is up‑to‑date.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails with professionalism and empathy.
• Investigate and resolve community or resident issues, escalating when necessary.
• Adjudicate insurance claims, ensuring compliance with payer guidelines.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in Healthcare Data Entry or Medical Record Management, preferably within long‑term or managed care settings.

• Certified & Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois.
