Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between the product and the consumer, ensuring that every test is executed with precision and that insights are captured accurately. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

• Following the In‑Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each product, which may include unpacking, reading instructions, and using the product for specified durations.
• Documenting your experience through screenshots, audio recordings, video clips, and written journal entries.
• Utilizing brighthush’s Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology to capture Point‑of‑Emotion insights, providing depth to your feedback.
• Participating in private chat rooms or focus groups hosted by partner market research firms to discuss product nuances.
• Writing detailed reviews and submitting them via the designated online portal or mobile app.
• Maintaining the product in pristine condition, ensuring it is returned in the same state as received.
• Adhering strictly to all privacy and confidentiality guidelines set by brighthush and its partners.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with a valid social security number.
• Reliable computer and high‑speed internet connection.
• Access to a digital camera or a smartphone capable of high‑resolution photography and video.
