Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry Excellence: Input and update patient and insurance information into brighthush’s secure database with 99.9% accuracy.
• Insurance Verification: Use Medicaid, ClaimMD, and other portals to verify eligibility, coverage limits, and benefit details for private and public insurers.
• Compliance Assurance: Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and brighthush’s internal data‑security protocols.
• Documentation & Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on verification status, claim denials, and outstanding inquiries.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate findings to billing teams, program coordinators, and external partners to resolve discrepancies.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in verification workflows and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional data entry or billing experience.
• Proven track record with Medicaid and/or private health insurance verification.
