Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate record‑keeping.
• Execute journal entries, account reconciliations, and month‑end close activities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all entries reflect the true financial position of each entity.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve cash flow.

• Develop and refine accounting policies and procedures to support scalability across multiple entities.

Systems Integration & Reconciliation

• Ensure data integrity across all systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.

• Evaluate new technology solutions that could enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Audit & Compliance Support

• Prepare documentation and schedules for external audits, ensuring a smooth audit process.
