Position Overview

As the Specialty Pharmacy Operations Supervisor, you will lead a remote customer service and enrollment team of up to 20 members, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence. Your leadership will directly influence client satisfaction, team performance, and the overall success of our specialty pharmacy programs.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between frontline staff, cross‑functional partners, and senior leadership. You will champion process improvements, uphold quality standards, and cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions tailored to program requirements.
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing schedules, performance monitoring, and quality assurance, to meet client contract KPIs.
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly program reviews, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and approve program changes—such as IT platform upgrades, business rule modifications, and process enhancements—to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Identify, document, and report system issues that could impact client relationships or operational productivity.
  • Manage employee timecards, HR responsibilities, and personnel requisitions, collaborating with HR to fill vacancies and support workforce planning.
  • Coordinate corrective actions, including performance coaching, disciplinary measures, and, when necessary, terminations, in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Maintain program adherence, quality metrics, and attendance standards, proactively addressing any deviations.
  • Lead one‑on‑one development sessions focused on performance, goal setting, and career progression.
  • Facilitate bi‑weekly or monthly team meetings to discuss updates, process changes, SLAs, KPIs, QA findings, and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners—such as IT, Finance, and Compliance—to resolve complex program issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Represent brighthush in client and third‑party partner interactions, delivering clear, concise communication and building strong relationships.
  • Contribute to quarterly business reviews, preparing data, insights, and presentation materials for clients.
  • Identify and implement process efficiencies that reduce manual effort and increase team productivity.

  • Commitment to personal and team development, with a track record of coaching and mentoring.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable improvements.
  • Experience with CRM systems and benefit verification processes is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time for client meetings, training, or site visits.

Preferred Qualifications
