Senior Accountant - Corporate Accounting - Remote

This is a Fully Remote Job About Our Client: The organization operates in the healthcare infusion industry, managing a multi-site infusion business with approximately 39 locations across New England. It addresses challenges related to multi-entity financial management in a complex healthcare environment, including specialty drug inventory and intercompany transactions. About the Opportunity: The SENIOR ACCOUNTANT role is responsible for leading key aspects of the month-end close process across the organization's affiliated entities. This position ensures accurate reconciliation of specialty drug inventory, balance sheets, bank accounts, payroll, and intercompany accounts. The role contributes by providing detailed revenue and margin reporting, site-level financial analysis, and maintaining lease accounting. It acts as a primary audit contact, partners with operations leaders to enhance financial visibility, and supports improvements in financial close processes as the organization grows. Responsibilities: Reconcile month-end specialty drug inventory across multiple sites and purchasing channels Manage intercompany accounting and monthly pass-through entries Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Prepare monthly revenue reports and reconcile revenue entries Conduct site-level flux analysis and investigate significant variances Verify vendor pricing, earned credits, and record related credits Maintain ASC 842 lease schedules and record monthly lease entries Assist with pass-through payable records and accounts payable review Reconcile bank transactions for corporate and subsidiary entities Record payroll entries and monthly benefits allocations Review and reconcile corporate credit card transactions Prepare audit schedules and serve as primary auditor contact for assigned areas Document close procedures and internal controls, identifying automation opportunities Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as requested Requirements: Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience including month-end close and reconciliations Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Experience in multi-site accounting with reconciliations and reporting Knowledge of inventory or revenue accounting Familiarity with GAAP, including ASC 842 and ASC 606 Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems Advanced Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables, and reconciliation workbooks Strong attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines Effective written and verbal communication with non-finance teams Pay Range and Compensation Package: $95,000-$110,000 annual salary Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
