A confidential Texas law firm is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Partner to handle commercial real estate disputes, with a practice mix that is primarily litigation-focused and includes some related transactional work. This is a strong fit for an attorney who enjoys running matters, advising sophisticated clients, and building trusted relationships. Balanced practice mix (approximately 70% litigation and 30% transactional support tied to real estate matters). THE ROLE Manage commercial real estate litigation matters from intake through resolution. Lead core litigation tasks including pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and mediation and settlement strategy. Coordinate case strategy, budgeting, and client communications. Provide practical advice on dispute risk and resolution options, including related real estate transactional issues as needed. Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to drive matters forward efficiently. LOCATION, SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION Location: Remote REQUIREMENTS Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Active admission to the State Bar of Texas and in good standing. 4 to 7 years of experience in commercial real estate matters, with meaningful real estate dispute experience.
