Your expertise will help brighthush win high‑value contracts, deepen client relationships, and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bid Development & Management: Craft competitive bids, estimates, and quotations for power delivery, distribution upgrades, and automation services. Analyze product mix, technical requirements, and commercial terms to create compelling proposals that win business.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all tenders are meticulously documented, cost‑accurate, and compliant with industry standards and client specifications.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, finance, and project management teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for data‑center operators and colocation providers, understanding their operational challenges and recommending value‑added services such as start‑up & commissioning, preventive maintenance, and arc‑flash mitigation.
  • Project Tracking & Lifecycle Management: Manage the lifecycle of bids and quotations, from initial drafting to final approval, and maintain an organized archive of all documentation.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular status updates on bid progress, win rates, and revenue forecasts to senior leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and propose enhancements to streamline bid creation, reduce cycle times, and improve win ratios.
  • Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Coach junior associates on best practices in bid development, client communication, and technical analysis.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform strategic positioning.
  • Quality Assurance: Review technical drawings, specifications, and vendor data to ensure accuracy and feasibility before submission.
