Senior Business Development Manager
Senior Business Development Manager – eCommerce Adobe Commerce · Shopify Plus · Odoo Location: Irving, TX (HQ) — remote considered for the right candidate, U.S.-based required Travel: 30–40% domestic — client visits, trade shows, and partner events Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Base $95,000–$135,000 + uncapped commission · OTE $180,000–$250,000+, based on experience Who we are: Brainvire is a global digital consultancy that modernizes the ERP, commerce, and AI systems enterprises run on. We are a Gold Solution Partner of Odoo, Adobe, and Shopify, with a 4,500+ person global delivery team spanning the USA, MENA, and APAC. Enterprise clients, including Nike, RAK Ceramics, Pan Home, Sun & Sand Sports, and American Tire Depot trust Brainvire to run their commerce, ERP, and AI initiatives end to end. We have been recognized on the Financial Times Americas' Fastest-Growing Companies list, the Deloitte Technology Fast 500, and Clutch Global 2024/2025. The Role: Brainvire is hiring an experienced, U.S.-based Business Development Manager to grow our Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus, and Odoo pipeline. This is a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role for someone who already understands the eCommerce and platform-partner ecosystem. You'll own relationships with brands evaluating a commerce or ERP re-platform, represent Brainvire within the Adobe, Shopify, and Odoo partner networks, and be the face of the company at the industry events where these deals get sourced. What you'll do: Own the full sales cycle for eCommerce and ERP engagements — prospecting, discovery, solutioning, proposals, negotiation, and close. Build and actively maintain relationships within the Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus, and Odoo partner ecosystems — partner managers, ISVs, referral and co-sell contacts — to generate warm pipeline. Represent Brainvire at trade shows, conferences, and partner events (e.g., Shopify Editions, Adobe Summit, Odoo Experience, NRF, IRCE/eTail) — plan and staff the booth, run meetings on-site, and own post-event follow-up and conversion. Travel to prospective and existing client sites across your U.S. territory for discovery calls, pitch meetings, and relationship management. Advise prospects as a consultant on commerce and ERP strategy, platform selection, and migration roadmaps — not just as an order-taker. Partner with delivery and solutions architects to scope statements of work, pricing, and technical approach. Build and forecast an accurate pipeline in CRM; report consistently against quota and activity metrics. Act as a visible evangelist for Brainvire in the eCommerce industry — speaking opportunities, association involvement, and market presence. Who we're looking for: Established, active relationships within at least one of the following partner ecosystems are required: Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus, or Odoo. 5+ years of B2B technology or digital-agency sales experience, with a track record of closing complex, multi stakeholder deals in eCommerce or platform services. Strong working knowledge of the eCommerce industry — platforms, buyer personas, replatforming triggers, and the competitive landscape. Demonstrated experience planning and executing at industry trade shows and events — booth strategy, staffing, live client meetings, and lead follow-through, not just attendance. Willingness and ability to travel domestically (30–40%) for customer visits and events. Consultative, solution-selling skill set; comfortable selling engagements in the six-figure range to executive buyers. Proficiency with a CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and disciplined pipeline hygiene. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Nice to have: Relationships spanning more than one of Adobe / Shopify / Odoo — multi-platform credibility is a strong plus. Experience selling ERP alongside commerce (unified commerce + back-office deals). An existing network in retail, automotive, manufacturing, jewelry, home & furniture, or CPG. MBA or equivalent experience. Experience selling through a global delivery model (onshore sales, offshore/nearshore delivery). What success looks like: Consistent quarter-over-quarter quota attainment within your first two quarters. A pipeline sourced meaningfully from partner-ecosystem relationships and event activity, not cold outbound alone. A visible, credible presence at 4–6 industry events per year that converts into qualified pipeline. What we offer: Base salary + uncapped commission plan, OTE $180,000–$250,000+ depending on experience and existing book of business. Paid time off and company holidays. Travel and event budget to support partner and customer engagement. A named role within a Gold-tier Odoo, Adobe, and Shopify partner organization with global delivery behind you.
