Job Description
Assist in all immigration matters with clients. Draft petitions, applications and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits. Communicate regularly with partners and associates regarding procedural and case processing issues, assisting with the review of cases. Analyze case documents and prepare various types of applications for filing with the appropriate government agency. Prepare nonimmigrant petitions: B-1/B-2, DS-160, E-1/E-2, E-3, H-1B, J-1, L-1, O-1, P-1, TN. Prepare immigrant visa applications: PERM (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3), NIW, I-140, I-130, I-485, DS-260. Prepare Naturalization applications. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree. 7-10 years of high volume business immigration experience. Strong knowledge of procedural requirements for various types of nonimmigrant and immigrant visas and client processes. Experience drafting RFEs and PERM Audit responses, and drafting and filing large volumes of immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, including Outstanding Researcher and PERM. Excellent drafting skills. Strong ability to multi-task and to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of INSZoom. Knowledge of Clio or similar.
