About the Opportunity: The SENIOR CLAIMS ADJUSTER - INJURIES AND LITIGATION is responsible for managing high-exposure and litigated auto liability claims from inception through resolution. The role involves conducting complex bodily injury investigations, performing coverage analysis, determining liability, negotiating settlements, participating in mediations, and collaborating with defense counsel. This position contributes to effective claim resolution while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Manage auto liability claims with high exposure and litigation risk. Conduct complex investigations into bodily injury claims. Analyze coverage and determine liability. Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation processes. Collaborate with defense counsel throughout litigation. Communicate effectively with all parties involved in claims. Maintain documentation and timely communication to support claim outcomes. Ensure claims handling aligns with client and corporate policies, statutory, and ethical standards. Requirements: High School Diploma. Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience. Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are managed. Knowledge of industry standards and claims practices. Experience with claims and business software. Strong background in handling claims in a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) environment. Experience managing multi-jurisdictional exposures. Active adjuster licenses in TX, FL, and GA. Pay Range and Compensation Package: The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
