Position Overview

The Clinical Nurse Consultant – Customer Success (CSNC) is a pivotal role that bridges clinical practice, data analytics, and customer engagement. You will partner with healthcare organizations to ensure seamless adoption of brighthush infusion technologies, drive medication safety, and unlock the full value of our smart pump ecosystem. Your expertise will translate complex infusion data into actionable insights, enabling executives, pharmacists, and nursing leaders to make informed decisions that improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Champion: Serve as the primary clinical resource for assigned accounts, guiding them from post‑implementation to long‑term success through proactive engagement, onsite wellness checks, and continuous optimization.
• Data Analyst: Collect, analyze, and interpret infusion pump data, smart pump utilization metrics, alert logs, and drug library compliance across community hospitals and health systems.
• Insight Translator: Convert data analytics into clear, executive‑ready recommendations that support medication safety initiatives, workflow improvements, root‑cause investigations, and performance enhancements.
• Executive Presenter: Lead high‑level reporting and presentations for brighthush’s Executive Data Analytics Program, communicating strategic insights to C‑suite, pharmacy, and nursing leadership.
• Cross‑Functional Partner: Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Implementation, and Technical Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, retention, and issue resolution.
• Subject‑Matter Expert: Maintain deep knowledge of brighthush infusion devices, software platforms, interoperability solutions, and evolving best practices in medication administration.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of acute care clinical experience, preferably in infusion therapy or related fields.
• Unrestricted RN license and a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM/business automation systems, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage multidisciplinary clinical leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in clinical consulting, interoperability, or clinical informatics is highly desirable.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills to bridge technical support, sales, and clinical implementations.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
