Senior Collaboration Engineer

Delivering outstanding collaboration services remotely, the full-time Senior Collaboration Engineer will manage and maintain enterprise collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Teams, while implementing automation solutions and supporting AI-driven product features. Key responsibilities: Manage and operate the enterprise collaboration stack, driving platform migration initiatives and governance Implement scalable automations for high-volume administrative processes using various scripting languages Lead the design and operational support for integrations with enterprise AI platforms and serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues Required qualifications: 8+ years of hands-on experience in IT engineering or enterprise systems engineering Deep expertise in collaboration platforms, specifically Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise Grid, and Microsoft 365 Proficiency in automation and scripting using Python, PowerShell, and Google Apps Script Experience in managing complex L3/L4 technical issues and incident management Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience: 7 years required
