Senior Commissioning Technician

This position reports to: Commissioning Service Manager Execute Service work according to agreed workflows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines. Deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers. In close co-operation with customer and other ABB teams, take actions to identify new Service business opportunities for ABB. The work model for the role is: remote, based in Cleveland, OH. Ability and willingness to travel up to 80%. Key Responsibilities: - Leads complex site field service activities, ensuring strict compliance with safety and environmental guidelines. - Drives identification of new service business opportunities in partnership with customers and cross-functional teams. - Acts as a technical trainer/coach for team members and customers. - Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain points. - Applying safety rules and safe practices, as well as environmental responsibilities during all service activities. - Leading Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities at customer sites and reporting unsafe practices and incidents to ensure a safe working environment.
